Melanie Baum

After earning her degree in Paralegal Studies, Melanie gained valuable experience in asbestos litigation before coming to The Floyd Law Firm in 1989. Today she works closely with Walter, Mark, the clients, and experts for each case the firm accepts. Melanie credits the character, integrity and honorable work ethic of Walter, Mark and her fellow associates as the primary reasons she has enjoyed such a long tenure with the firm.

Maria Urschler

Beginning in 1988, Maria worked as a receptionist for The Floyd Law Firm for five years. She then went to work as a secretary in the Second Injury Fund Division of the Missouri State Attorney General’s Office. Maria’s respect for both Walter and Mark brought her back to The Floyd Law Firm in 2004, where she continues to work as the firm’s bookkeeper.

Carol L. Danuser

Carol worked with Walter Floyd from 1976 to 1985. Her impressive career continued as a legal secretary for other law firms in various parts of the country. Carol returned to The Floyd Law Firm as Walter’s assistant in 2002. She enjoys the daily challenges of her position and working with exceptional lawyers like Walter and Mark.

Kristen DiBianca

Upon earning her degrees in Paralegal Studies and Business Administration, Kristen came to The Floyd Law Firm in 2006. Assisting with worker’s compensation, criminal, traffic, and personal injury cases, Kristen is inspired by the dedication the firm has to each and every client.

Mary E. Glover

While working for a large St. Louis corporation for more than 25 years, Mary gained enormous experience interacting with the public. In 2002, she came to work as the receptionist for The Floyd Law Firm, where she enjoys a very pleasant working atmosphere filled with delightful and extremely professional associates.
